**Key Responsibilities**:
**SEO & SEM Optimization**: Assist in optimizing website content for search engines, conducting keyword research, and supporting SEM (Google Ads) campaigns.
**Social Media Management**: Develop and manage the social media calendar, creating and scheduling posts. Track performance across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and help implement strategies to grow engagement and followers**.**
**Analytics & Reporting**: Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media insights to track campaign performance. Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with designers, content creators, developers, and other marketing team members to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on schedule.
**Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging digital marketing technologies. Conduct research to inform content strategies and marketing approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
**Digital Marketing Knowledge**: Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
**Social Media Marketing**: Experience managing social media accounts and creating strategies to engage audiences and drive conversions across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Data Analytics & Reporting: Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
**Project Management & Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Basecamp is a plus.
**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content.
**Customer Focused**: Understanding the target audience and tailoring messaging and campaigns to meet their needs and interests.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:
**PPC Experience**: Knowledge of paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and paid social media advertising.
**Marketing Automation Tools**: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign to manage workflows, nurture leads, and analyze campaign results.
**E-commerce Marketing Experience**: Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and promoting online stores through digital marketing **strategies.**
**A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns to improve conversions and achieve KPIs.
**Education & Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
