**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect, diagnose, and repair air conditioning systems (split, window)
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of AC units
- Replace or repair defective components, such as motors, compressors, and coils
- Follow safety protocols and company standards at all times
- Complete service reports and communicate findings clearly to customers
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience as an AC mechanic
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and refrigeration cycles
- Good physical condition and ability to work in hot or confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driving license

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 10th to any degree
- Experience with both residential and commercial systems
- Ability to use service tools and diagnostic equipment
