Job responsibilities associated with the role:
**Outbound Calls**:Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients.
Introducing products or services and explaining their features and benefits.
Conducting surveys or collecting feedback.

**Inbound Calls**:Receiving incoming calls from customers or clients.
Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
Taking orders or processing transactions.

**Customer Relationship Management**:Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions.

**Product/Service Knowledge**:Having a comprehensive understanding of the products or services offered by the company.
Staying updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions.

**Script Adherence**:Adhering to scripts provided by the company, especially in outbound sales calls.
Customizing communication based on the needs and responses of the customer.

**Meeting Targets**:Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
Meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.

**Handling Objections**:Effectively addressing and overcoming customer objections.
Providing additional information to alleviate concerns and encourage a positive response.

**Data Entry**:Recording and updating customer information in the company's database.
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions.

**Feedback and Reporting**:Providing feedback to supervisors or management regarding customer trends, issues, and suggestions.
Generating reports on call activities and outcomes.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
