**Job Title: Preschool Teacher**

**Location**: Mumbai

**Job Summary**:
As a Preschool Teacher, you will create a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for young children to develop foundational skills and a love for learning. You will plan and implement engaging activities, foster positive behavior, and communicate effectively with parents and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the preschool’s curriculum.
- Plan and organize daily activities, including educational games, arts and crafts, music, and storytime.
- Assess and adapt activities to meet the needs and interests of individual children.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Establish and maintain clear behavioral expectations and routines.
- Use positive reinforcement techniques to encourage good behavior and social skills.
- **Child Development and Support**:

- Observe and document each child’s developmental progress and behaviors.
- Provide individual support to children as needed, addressing their emotional, social, and educational needs.
- Promote early literacy, numeracy, and social skills through engaging and interactive methods.
- **Safety and Well-being**:

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
- Follow health and safety guidelines, including proper hygiene practices and emergency procedures.
- Address and report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain regular and open communication with parents about their child’s progress, needs, and any relevant issues.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support each child’s development and address any classroom challenges.
- **Professional Development**:

- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
- Stay current with early childhood education best practices and curriculum updates.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Complete required paperwork, such as attendance records and progress reports.
- Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
