Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-school Teacher to join our team.
The Pre-school Teacher will assist in implementing a caring, educational program to foster learning and development in a safe, structured environment.
- Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
- Create activities that are fun and educational for the children
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
- Deliver reports on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
- Manage day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, lunch time and rest time for students
- Monitor children during indoor and outdoor play to ensure their safety
- Support children in developing social skills and maintaining discipline
- Prepare learning materials and classroom for class activities.
- Communicate with parents about their child’s development and behaviors
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
**Qualification and skills required**:
- Previous experience in early childhood education or childcare is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with children, parents, and staff members.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
