**Job Title**: Safety Officer

**Location**: Nashik

**Job Summary**:
The Safety Officer at Deepak Builders and Developers will ensure a safe and secure working environment at the site. This includes enforcing safety regulations, identifying risks, conducting inspections, and training workers on safety procedures. The role also involves implementing security measures to prevent theft and unauthorized access.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ensure Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain records.
- Ensure workers use safety gear (PPE) properly.
- **Identify & Prevent Risks**:

- Spot potential hazards and take preventive action.
- Implement measures to reduce risks on-site.
- **Conduct Safety Inspections & Audits**:

- Regularly check equipment, work areas, and practices for safety.
- Report violations and take corrective actions.
- **Train & Educate Workers**:

- Conduct safety training sessions and emergency drills.
- Ensure all workers understand safety guidelines.
- **Handle Incidents & Emergencies**:

- Investigate accidents and take corrective measures.
- Report incidents and assist in improving safety practices.
- **Monitor Security & Theft Prevention**:

- Implement security measures to protect materials and equipment.
- Work with security teams to prevent unauthorized access and theft.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree/Diploma in Safety Management or related field.
- Certification in NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA (preferred).
- Experience in construction safety.
- Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response.

**Working Conditions**:

- On-site role with occasional weekend or extended hours.
- Requires walking, standing, and working in outdoor conditions.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
