Job description

Roles and Responsibilities
- Review drawings and relevant documents received from external consultants. Furnish final GF Drawings
- End to end coordination between the consultants (RCC, MEP, Architect, MOEF,CFO etc)
- Support Liaison team
- All coordinating with the consultants as well and internal and external teams to collate data. To conduct on-site meetings and project consultant meetings and coordinate schedule review.
- To prepare project status reports / minutes of meetings.
- Prepare/analyze information regarding design, structure specifications, materials, color, equipment, estimated costs, and/ or construction time and provide inputs to agencies regarding the same
- To plan and monitor the work of team members for on time completion
- Creative thinking and a strong understanding of design trends in real estate Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience as Project Architect, handling end to end design development process

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
