We are looking for **Date Entry Operator **responsible for maintaining the equality of data at warehouse. Responsible for accurate data entry & ensure relevant MIS reports are sent to corporate on daily, monthly, quarterly basis and as and when required by the corporate.

Support ware house manager with all reconciliation efforts as and when required

Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting and errors and ensuring factual reporting of the status of warehouse operations at all times.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Understand taxonomy used by different customers for all products in the warehouse

Responsible for accurate data entry in to the ERP system/WMS

Generate timely reports for the warehouse manager and for the Corporate team

Prepares, compiles, and sorts documents for the data entry.

Verifies and logs receipt of data.

Transcribes source data into the required electronic format.

Transfers information form paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners as the case may be

Verifies integrity of the data by comparing it to source documents.

Reviews data for the errors, missing information and resolves any discrepancies.

Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information.

Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system.

Supports warehouse manager in the order processing, invoicing.

Provides accurate information on the stocks available.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
- Independent working with mínimal supervision
- Understanding of WH operations

**Operations**:

- Timeliness of data entry
- Accuracy of Data
- Accuracy of reports
- Timeliness of submission of reports to warehouse Manager/Corporate Team.
- Quality of reconciliation of stock.
- Timely fore waring W/H Manager on expiring stocks
- Give accurate input on stock availability
- Feed data within the agreed cut off time
- Ensure all documents are filed and stored properly
- Time to retrieve filed document
- Speed to generate MIS reports.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
