**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**: Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and inspect all work to ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and regulations.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and material usage.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Resource Management**: Manage and allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
- **Technical Support**: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift
