Established in **1995**, we have been serving the industry with high-quality **school bags, office bags, backpacks, and more**. As we continue to expand our online presence, we are looking for a **dynamic and skilled digital marketing professional** to join our team and drive growth through various e-commerce and digital marketing channels.
**Job Responsibilities: E-commerce Marketplace Management**:
- Create, manage, and optimize product listings on **Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms**.
- Conduct keyword research and implement **SEO strategies** for better product visibility.
- Monitor **pricing, inventory, and sales performance** to enhance conversion rates.
- Work on A+ Content and brand storefront enhancement for **better engagement and conversions**.
**Digital Marketing & Advertising**:
- Plan and execute **Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, Shopping, and Video Ads).
- Run and manage **Facebook & Instagram Ads** for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Implement **SEO & SMO strategies** to improve organic traffic and ranking.
- Manage and optimize paid marketing campaigns to maximize **ROI and reduce ACOS**.
**Social Media & Content Marketing**:
- Develop and implement a **social media content calendar** for regular posts on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Create engaging posts, reels, and ad creatives for **brand promotion and engagement**.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality graphics and videos.
**Performance Analysis & Reporting**:
- Track and analyze **campaign performance** using tools like **Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Amazon Seller Central**.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on **sales reports, ad performance, and customer trends**.
- Keep up to date with **market trends, competitors’ strategies, and algorithm updates**.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in **E-commerce Digital Marketing** (Amazon, Flipkart, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO).
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMO, and Amazon/Flipkart marketing**.
- Knowledge of tools like **Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, Facebook Business Manager, and Seller Central**.
- Experience in **Amazon PPC, Flipkart ads, A+ content creation, and e-commerce growth strategies**.
- Strong understanding of **SEO optimization, keyword research, and content marketing**.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced **startup environment**.
