**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Steer involvement and recognition of the Open Source program within the Project and act as the main liaison to OSSCA
- Work alongside Project and Business leadership to establish an Open Source Strategy within the Project
- Establish & Manage Inbound and Outbound Open Source intake within the project
- Collaborate with development leads/ program managers/project managers to help them understand the key elements of Open-Source compliance processes at CARIAD
- Keep track of their code scan projects, schedule recurring meetings with the associated teams/key players
- Setup and Manage process documentation for internal and external Stakeholders
- Follow up on issue resolution and proactive communication management team on any road blocker to continuously push projects forward with high quality
- Create reports based on audit results for internal and external audiences with high attention to detail

**What Role & Responsibilities to Expect**:

- B.Sc. in computer science, mathematics, or a similar quantitative area
- Strong knowledge of Open-Source Software and Licensing
- Strong interest in managing complex projects and processes
- Strong Prior Knowledge about SCA Code Scanning tools (such as Black Duck, White-Source, Fossology, FlexNet Code Insight)
- Demonstrated experience in effective time management, research and investigation, technical writing
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills are necessary
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required
- Have a good eye for process improvement and automate manual processes
- General Understanding in Agile Frameworks such as SAFe® is Preferred
