
Payroll Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process monthly/bi-weekly/weekly payrolls for assigned clients with accuracy and within deadlines.
- Maintain and update payroll records including employee information, salaries, deductions, bonuses, taxes, and leaves.
- Validate inputs received from clients (e.g. new joiners, exits, variable components) and ensure accurate payroll calculation.
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) and prepare necessary returns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Compliance) and external vendors for payroll-related requirements.
- Respond to client queries and provide solutions within the defined SLA.
- Generate payslips, salary reports, and other payroll-related MIS reports.
- Assist with year-end activities including Form 16 generation, tax calculations, and audit support.
- Stay updated with changes in labor laws and statutory regulations.
- Support payroll system implementations and upgrades as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
