As a Field Marketing Specialist at NU HOME STUDIO, you will play a crucial role in promoting our interior design services and growing our client base. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies to attract new clients, engage with potential customers, and build brand awareness within our target market.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute field marketing plans to target and engage potential clients.
- Identify and attend local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to represent our brand.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and partner organizations to enhance marketing opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand the local interior design landscape and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
- Engage with potential clients and provide information about our interior design services.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align field marketing strategies with overall company goals.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies and increase lead generation.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for interior design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field marketing, event marketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the interior design industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for marketing and client engagement.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
