**Data Management & Documentation**:

- Maintain and update databases of channel partners, including recyclers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of agreements, and traceability of document & other statutory documents.
- Track and maintain records related to channel partner activities, visits, verifications, and on boarding.
- **MIS Management & Reporting**:

- Compile data and prepare regular reports on channel partner performance.
- Manage and Compile Management Information System ( MIS ) reports to provide valuable insights and data to assist managements in decision making.
- **Query Resolution**:

- Address and resolve queries related to accounts and the channelization team to ensure smooth operation and communication.
- Make follow-up calls to recyclers for status updates, ensuring timely communication and co-ordination.
- **Document Preparation for Dispatch**:

- Prepare all necessary documents for dispatch, including delivery notes, invoices and compliance-related paperwork.
- Ensure all necessary compliance documents and verification records are in place for channel partners.
- Help in the verification process of new channel partners, ensuring their credentials and qualifications meet company standards.
- **Channel Partner Support & Co-ordination**:

- Act as a point of contact for channel partners for routine inquiries and documentation support.
- Assist with on boarding new channel partners by collecting necessary documents and ensuring they meet compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and report updates on work progress to the Business Channelization Manager.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups, macros

Salary Range - 20,000k - 25,000k ( Basis on Exp. )

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
