**Responsibilities: -**
- Conduct daily calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Utilize technology and software tools to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products or services

**Qualifications:

- **
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or a related role
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales and software is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
