**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT infrastructure components.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot system issues as they arise.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems such as Active Directory.
- Ensure system and network security by implementing and maintaining firewalls, antivirus software, and other security tools.
- Manage data backups and disaster recovery operations.
- Perform regular system audits and generate reports for IT management.
- Provide technical support to internal users for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers as needed.
- Keep systems documentation up-to-date.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a System or Network Administrator.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
- Experience with Windows/Linux server environments.
- Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Preferred Certifications**
- CompTIA Network+
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
