System and Network Administrator

Position: System & Network Administrator

Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager

SNA has to manage and deliver in-country information technology and related operations to assure Company’s reputation and ensure the future growth and profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities

**1. Supplier and Network Management**

a. Ensure delivery of reliable, cost-effective and profitable servicesto customers
- Manage supplier contract to ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements
- Maintain list of outstanding suppler actions/defaults/issues

b. Maintenance of the in-country Company voice and data network for both client side and internal operations.
- For client side internet connectivity, a 10mbs direct internet connection. Voice traffic and connection to the PSTN is multiple PRI connections.
- Management and maintenance and ensuring maximum availability of this network is a primary function.

c. Increase confidence and assurance levels of Company as a supplier of technology services
- Improve levels ofservice delivery (time to deliver, reliability in service)
- Manage to high standards all equipment room management and patching
- Review and refresh published SLA and support material for client’s use
- Review and contribute to technology related marketing material.
- Provide adequate and tested resilience and recovery plans to ensure continuity of client operations in a range of scenarios according to agreed Risk Register.

d. Ensure that Sales and Operations Teams have knowledge and Support needed to close sale and deliver services
- Review and update technology related operations, procedures and training
- Provide pre-sales support for more complex or negotiated technology sales

**2. Voice Service Management**

e. Configure and manage delivery of Voice services to customers
- Standard supplies will be templated.
- The role will include the physical re-patching of Cat6 cabling to provide connectivity and various telephony software administration and programming. Patching records must be updated and an inventory of handsets, patch leads, extension leads maintained.

3. Internal (Business Support) Technology provision

f. Review, Maintain, Refresh Enterprise Information Architecture to ensure current and future needs of business are met
- Maintain any in-country servers that may be required.
- Perform daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
- Ensure full recovery within 12 hours from loss of or damage to network or hardware or related infrastructure
- Liaison and relationship with Suppliers

**4. Other Responsibilities**

Contribute generally to Company supporting its vision, values aims and objectives.

**General Responsibilities**
- Understand and comply with all relevant company rules, agreements, policies and procedures.
- Read and comply with instructions and directions as communicated via signs, notice boards and memos.
- Conduct yourself, at all times, in a professional and responsible manner, promoting a good and proper image in accordance with company standard.

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
