**About the Role**

We’re looking for a dynamic and outgoing **Offline Sales & Marketing Executive** to help expand our brand presence in toy stores, bookstores, schools, and events. The role involves building relationships with retailers and distributors, setting up in-store displays, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting brand activations and exhibitions.

You’ll be the face of the brand in the offline world — driving visibility, placement, and sales across multiple channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and onboard new retail partners, bookstores, toy shops, and distributors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing retail partners and ensure regular order flow.
- Visit stores to monitor product placement, merchandising, and display quality.
- Coordinate sampling, promotions, and in-store marketing campaigns.
- Collect and share feedback from stores and customers to improve product and marketing efforts.
- Support participation in exhibitions, fairs, and pop-up events — manage setup and on-ground execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for promotional material and point-of-sale displays.
- Maintain sales reports, visit trackers, and performance metrics.
- Meet monthly sales and visibility targets for assigned regions or stores.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of experience in offline sales, retail marketing, or brand activations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with travel for store visits, events, and exhibitions.
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Passion for kids’ products, learning, and creative play is a plus
