**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Management**:

- Process and verify customer orders for dispatch.
- Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
- **Dispatch Planning**:

- Schedule and monitor daily dispatch operations to ensure on-time delivery.
- Optimize routes and vehicle utilization for cost-effective transportation.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain accurate dispatch-related documents, such as invoices, delivery challans, and transport documentation.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for shipments.
- **Vendor & Transport Coordination**:

- Liaise with transport vendors to arrange vehicles for dispatch.
- Negotiate rates with transporters when required.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure proper stock availability for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched items and ensure proper tracking.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules and address queries or issues related to dispatch.
- **Monitoring & Reporting**:

- Monitor the movement of goods and ensure proper tracking mechanisms are in place.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Handle and resolve any discrepancies or delays in dispatch operations.

**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with dispatch/logistics software is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of local and regional transportation regulations.
- Experience in handling FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial products dispatch is advantageous.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- On-time delivery rate.
- Accuracy of dispatch documentation.
- Customer satisfaction with delivery services.
- Cost efficiency in transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
