**Position: - **Customer Success Officer

**Location**: - Gurgaon, Haryana

**Age Criteria**: - Minimum 20

**Responsibilities**:
- Handling OB Calls for Sales, Services or Collections
- Coordinating & Following Up with the relevant Individuals & Departments
- Connecting with the customers in accordance with TAT or whenever necessary
- Recording Stats in relation to Voice of the Customer
- Performing Backend activities as and when necessary
- Managing the data & reporting of assigned portfolio.
- Experience from Banking / Finance Background will be an advantage.

**Skills Required**:
- Comm Skill - Proficient in English (Both Oral & Written) & Hindi
- Hands on experience of MS Office & Outlook (Office 365 will be added advantage)
- Should be able to use MS Excel Features (Functions, Pivot, Text to Column etc.)
- Decision making skills to Analyse and resolve the customer concerns.

**Salary**: ₹11,936.24 - ₹18,000.00 per month
