**Marketing Coordinator**

**Location**: Edappally, Kochi
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Coordination**: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with company goals and deliver measurable results.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Provide insights to help guide marketing strategies.
- **Event Coordination**: Coordinate and support marketing events, product launches, seminars, and promotional activities.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create marketing materials, social media posts, brochures, and presentations.
- **Social Media Management**: Assist in managing and growing the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement with the audience.
- **Collaboration with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and help align marketing strategies to boost sales.
- **Reporting & Analysis**: Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights for optimization and improvements.
- **Branding**: Ensure that all marketing efforts are consistent with the company’s branding, messaging, and overall vision.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: MBA in Marketing or a related field is required.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a coordinator or assistant role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- **Creativity**: A creative approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, content, and design teams.
- A motivated and proactive individual with a passion for marketing and brand management.
- Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects at once.
- A creative thinker with the ability to translate marketing strategies into successful campaigns.
