**Role: Purchase Executive**

**Education**:

- Any Graduation

**Experience**- 3+yr

**Responsibilities**:
1. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors.

2. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.

3. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary.

4. Inspect stock and report any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.

5. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

6. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.

7. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.

8. Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

9. Preparing quotations and purchase orders and bills

10. MIS maintains and daily updating.

11. Should be an expert in daily purchasing activities.

**Salary**: ₹11,298.99 - ₹36,861.16 per month
