**Location**: Kottakkal, Kerala
**Salary Range**:₹15,000 - ₹20,000** per month

**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in driving the academy’s growth by implementing and managing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a dynamic and creative individual who is well-versed in modern marketing techniques, particularly within the education sector. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving enrollment targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Marketing Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Platinum Academy’s courses and services.
- **Brand Awareness and Promotion**:

- Enhance the academy’s brand visibility by managing online and offline promotional activities.
- Design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and advertisements.
- Organize events, webinars, and seminars to promote the academy’s offerings.
- **Content Creation and Management**:

- Create compelling content that resonates with the target audience, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and video content.
- Collaborate with the academic team to produce informative and engaging content that highlights the academy’s strengths.
- **Market Research and Competitor Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the education sector.
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and develop tactics to differentiate Platinum Academy in the marketplace.
- **Lead Generation and Nurturing**:

- Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential students and nurture them through the enrollment process.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to conversion.
- **Partnerships and Collaborations**:

- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, vendors, and other stakeholders to create partnership opportunities.
- Explore collaborations for joint marketing efforts, sponsorships, and event participation.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain a marketing dashboard to track KPIs, such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education sector.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design innovative marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
