Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for doctors, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from initial contact to successful activation. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external medical professionals to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new doctors to our platform.
- Coordinate and manage the onboarding lifecycle, including documentation, credentialing, training, and activation.
- Verify and validate all required documents and certifications in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
- Educate doctors on platform usage, policies, and best practices via one-on-one sessions, webinars, or resource kits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, operations, compliance) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Track onboarding metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve the process.
- Maintain accurate records and regularly update internal systems and databases.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in onboarding, recruitment, credentialing, or similar roles—preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., MCI norms, telemedicine guidelines) is a plus.
- Proficiency with CRM or onboarding tools is a bonus.
