About the Opportunity:
DMI is looking for a
**Technology Architect-Atlassian **for its India operation.

**Duties and**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure service levels objectives are met.
- Manage change management approach for Atlassian in ServiceNow.
- Optimize and document the project/site/repository provisioning process.
- Document work instructions and SOP’s for use by the operations team.
- Develop automations in Jira/Confluence.
- Support with implementation of GxP platform validation.
- Coordinate with Atlassian for resolution of issues related to the platform.
- Act as a Atlassian Org administrator and manage entire Atlassian Suite.
- Participate in product design (JIRA & CONFLUENCE) reviews to provide input on functional/automation requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential risks
- Worked and communicated with team members, project managers and other groups to set and meet quality standards and deadlines
- Actively involved in Scrum Methodology for the project from requirements through delivery of the project
- Should have hands on migration experience.

Qualifications:
**Required Skills/Certifications**:
