**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:
**Retail Sales**:Proactively engage with customers, providing excellent service and assistance throughout their shopping experience.
Utilize in-depth product knowledge to recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.

**Product Showcase and Video Creation**: Showcase products through engaging and informative videos on Instagram Reels, covering product features, behind-the-scenes glimpses, and other relevant content.
Plan and create daily Instagram Reels, highlighting different aspects of our product range.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.

**Multilingual Communication**:Communicate fluently in both English and Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base.
Assist customers in their preferred language, creating a comfortable and inclusive shopping environment.

**Customer Engagement**:Proactively address customer queries, concerns, and provide solutions with a positive and helpful attitude.
Foster positive relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business and brand loyalty.
Stay informed about product updates and changes to better assist customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
- Proficient in creating engaging and creative video content for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels.
- Enthusiastic and personable, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹9,100.26 - ₹25,000.00 per month
