**Job Title**: Medical Scribe - Radiology Department (Entry-Level)

**Location**: Bangalore

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Part-Time

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Scribe to join our Radiology Department. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a strong interest in radiology and medical documentation. The Medical Scribe will work closely with radiologists to accurately record the details of radiological procedures and findings.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Accompany radiologists during patient examinations and accurately document the procedures and findings.

Transcribe reports from radiologists, including details of diagnostic imaging studies such as MRIs, CT scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds.

Enter radiological findings into the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Assist in organizing and maintaining radiological reports and images.

Ensure accuracy and completeness of all radiological documentation.

Liaise with other healthcare professionals to clarify or obtain additional patient information as needed.

Comply with all confidentiality, privacy, and HIPAA regulations.

Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to stay updated on the latest practices and technologies in radiology.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment in a relevant field such as Radiologic Technology, Pre-Med, Nursing, or Biology.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology, especially related to radiology.
- Proficiency in typing and experience with EHR systems is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certification is must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹22,171.68 - ₹62,345.43 per month
