
Inside Sales Executive

**Overview**:
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will act as a key point of contact between our company and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of our products or services, and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition to prospective clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our products or services.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve sales targets.
2. Consultative Selling:
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the challenges and goals of potential clients.
- Present our products or services in a compelling manner, highlighting their features and benefits that address the client's needs.
- Customize solutions to match the specific requirements of each client, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
3. Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Regularly engage with clients to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that align with their evolving needs.
4. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Feedback to internal teams based on client interactions to improve our products, services, and sales strategies continuously.
- Collaborate with sales management to develop and execute effective sales plans and strategies.
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.
- Monitor sales performance against targets and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Generate regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and forecasts to inform strategic decision-making.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Solid understanding of sales techniques and principles, including consultative selling and relationship management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and driving revenue growth.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

Travel requirement:
- No travel
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
