We are currently hiring for one of our US client, a leading telecom operator

**Job Location**: Tech Mahindra BPS, Plot No 1, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Phase - 3, Hinjewadi,Pune, 411057
- **Minimum 6 months of Experience required in an International BPO/call center**_
- Work from office.
- Grad/ undergrad can apply.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferable.
- Customer Centric & Logical Thinking & Need to be Enough Spontaneous
- Ensure Timely & Professional Responses to all Queries.
- Analytical & Probing skills.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
- Willing to work in a 24*7 environment (Rotational shifts with **5 days working** & **2 weekly offs**)

**Salary** - CTC ranges from **INR 3.90 lpa - 4.70 lpa + upto 30k Incentives**
