We are seeking a Specialist in Product Analytics to lead our efforts with the Pendo tool and create impactful content that drives product strategy.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Pendo Tool Management: Lead the implementation and optimization of the Pendo tool to track user behavior and product performance. Ensure the tool is effectively integrated with our product suite.
- Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality content that communicates product insights and recommendations. Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to share findings with stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data collected through Pendo and other sources to extract actionable insights. Use statistical techniques and data visualization to interpret trends and patterns.
- Product Performance Evaluation: Monitor key product metrics and performance indicators. Conduct regular evaluations to assess product performance against goals and benchmarks.
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze customer feedback to understand user needs and preferences. Facilitate focus groups, interviews, and surveys to gather detailed insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and development, to ensure alignment of product strategies with business goals.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Analytics role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with Pendo or similar product analytics tools such as User Pilot, Amplitude.
- Familiarity with product management frameworks and agile methodologies

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
