Job Responsibilities:

- Well versed with the knowledge and ability to train and coach on accent neutralization
- Sample and evaluate language quality and communication skills using the standardized communication monitoring form
- Training of new hires on fundamental call handling and communication skills essential for entry to the mid-level performance.
- Designing and conducting training programs
- Support business with need-based OJT Support Coaching and Refresher Training
- Training needs assessment parameter-based assessment for root cause analysis and action planning.
- Working closely with internal and external stakeholders for implementation and evaluation of training projects
- Conduct employee engagement activities to maximize conversion.
- Provide feedback to agents through call monitoring system and in-person to assist Team Leaders in the development of front-line advisors.
- Ensure that agents adhere to the certification process and guide them through the required levels.
- Participate in calibration sessions with Clients, Quality and Operations team
- Capture common errors among agents and recommend huddle sessions for those with language opportunities Competency Requirement (with desired proficiency level) in Hindi and English Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least one year of relevant experience preferred
- Communication Skills (Oral and Written) - Advanced/Expert
- Soft Skills Domain - Advanced

- Instructional Design - Intermediate/Advanced

- Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure
- Sense of professionalism and ability to develop relationships

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
