Employment Type: Freelance/Part -time

Experience: Minimum 2-8 years of experience in similar role or field.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to enhance the personal and professional development of individuals by improving their communication, teamwork, leadership, and other interpersonal skills. The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs tailored to different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assist in designing and delivering soft skills training programs for students and professionals.


• Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and discussions with management or participants.


• Facilitate interactive discussions, role-plays, and case studies for effective learning.


• Monitor participant progress and provide feedback for improvement.


• Modify training content and delivery methods based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.


• Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry best practices.


• Prepare training reports and evaluate program effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:


• Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field.


• Proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer or in a similar role.


• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.


• Ability to engage and interact with diverse groups of participants.


• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.


• Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.


• Certification in training & development (e.g., NLP, Train-the-Trainer) is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.


• Ability to work in a team or as an individual.
