**position**: Accounting & Tally Faculty

**Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach accounting concepts andAccounting and Tally software to students in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Develop and deliver course material, including lectures, practical sessions, and assignments.
- Conduct live demonstrations of Accounting and Tally ERP and GST filing processes.
- Provide hands-on training to students to enhance their practical skills in accounting and Tally.
- Address student queries and provide individual support where necessary.
- Maintain records of student progress and performance.
- **Deliver sessions in Kannada and English to ensure better understanding among Kannada-speaking students.**:

- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, Tally updates, and GST regulations.
- Participate in curriculum development and improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and a strong understanding of GST and other taxation concepts.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching or industry experience in accounting and Tally.
- Fluency in Kannada and English is mandatory.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for easy learning.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in teaching GST compliance and filing.
- Knowledge of other accounting software is a plus.
- Previous experience working in an educational institution or training center.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 2 per week
