Considering the pace of targeted growth, we are keen to find people who are entrepreneurial, driven by a passion to drive significant growth (people who can think in multiples of growth rather than percentages), are comfortable with ambiguity, will roll up the sleeves and be hands on to get things done and can be independent requiring limited cover.
The role will be initially based in Gurgaon. However, the person should be open to travel as and when needed and should be open to relocate to any location if our Capability Center scales and decide to relocate.

Reports to: Associate Director - A&M Global Capability Center

Location: Gurgaon

Key responsibilities:

- Develop/ Deliver on Telecom & Digital Infrastructure (TDI) solutions/projects

Actively contribute as a member of the TDI team to develop solutions and/or deliver advisory on modules such as Market Assessment, PoVs, Carve-out Models, CDD/ODD, Performance Improvement, Growth Strategy, Cost Optimization, Operational Transformation
- Develop expertise on various TDI industry sub-sectors (Wireless, Wireline, B2B & B2C business, ICT, Towers, Fiber, Cable, Satellite, Data centres) or clients to enhance overall project insights and strategies
- Own medium to complex work-streams with support from supervisors
- Perform benchmarking across relevant TDI financial and operational metrics to identify areas of potential underperformance
- Work with different analytical tools with focus on building expertise in Tableau/ Power BI, Alteryx/ Python, Excel and PowerPoint
- Own stakeholder relationships
- Interpret, understand and break-down client data/ requirements and project goals across various scenarios and adapt to them
- Communicate information/ insights, and the impact of the analyses to the clients and internal team
- Manage important work streams and own key business processes to solve client problems
- Participate & Lead meetings with senior clients, A&M Managing Directors, and third parties about your workstreams
- Lead pitch preparation with senior staff and support business development and marketing efforts
- Prioritization and Growing A&M
- Identifying project needs and milestones to manage & accomplish assigned work by agreed deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to create and deliver client outputs

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate from tier-1 college with 3-6 years of experience within leading strategy/ analytics/ analytics
- Consulting/ operational Consulting house is preferable
- Possess a good understanding of the Telecom & Digital Infrastructure industry, with keen insights into sector data and metrics across various areas
- Technical Skills
- PowerPoint skills - preparation of defect-free, high-quality client presentations
- Excel modelling skils - structure data within Excel in a way to draw conclusions and support timely decision making with our clients
- Experience working in tools such as Alteryx or Python for data analysis, and Power BI or Tableau for data visualization
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, writing, research and presentation-building skills; attention to detail and striving to produce zero-defect deliverables
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- A strong team player and demonstrated ability to motivate team members
- Ability to prioritize - especially in highly pressured situations
- High integrity that is characterized by the ability to deliver messages even when they are difficult to hear
- Ability to quickly understand and piece together very vast or very limited amounts of data and to draw certain conclusions/actions from it.
