To responsible for overseeing and coordinating all electrical works at the construction site, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved designs, standards, and regulatory requirements. **Section III: Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the role** A list of responsibilities attached to the role need to be documented below. It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role. - Execution Oversight - Supervise electrical installations such as wiring, switchgear, lighting, panels, and power systems as per project plans and timelines. Quality & Safety Assurance - Ensure adherence to electrical safety standards and conduct inspections to maintain quality workmanship. - Team & Contractor Coordination - Manage site electricians and coordinate with electrical subcontractors for smooth work execution. - Technical Compliance - Ensure all electrical work complies with statutory codes, project specifications, and inspection requirements. - Issue Resolution & Support - Troubleshoot site issues and provide technical support to resolve faults, delays, or material mismatches. 2 **Section IV: Key Result Areas (To Be finalized from time to time)** In this section, please mention the indicative role based KRAs. Actual KRAs will be populated from the performance management system Performance Goals Key Performance Indicators Weight age Electrical Work Execution & Timely Completion % of electrical tasks completed as per project timeline. - Number of delays or reworks reported. - Adherence to approved drawings and BOQ. 30% **Quality & Safety Compliance** - Number of safety incidents or violations. - % of successful quality inspections or audits passed without defects. - Compliance with IS codes and safety standards. 25% **Material & Manpower Utilization** - Optimal use of electrical materials (variance from estimate). - Reduction in wastage or excess consumption. - Efficiency of labor deployment (output vs. work hours). 20% **Coordination & Documentation** Timely reporting and documentation (daily reports, material requests, test reports). Coordination efficiency with civil, HVAC, and plumbing teams. Participation in training or implementation of updated electrical codes. 25% TOTAL 100% **Section V: Knowledge, Experience & Skills** In this section, please mention the minimum qualification, experience and technical skills which are essential to execute the role. Educational Qualifications / ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical installation and supervision, preferably in real estate or construction projects. External Interactions Nature or purpose of interactions Electrical Contractors/Subcontractors For supervising on-site work, managing workforce, and ensuring timely task completion. Vendors/Suppliers To follow up on delivery of electrical materials, equipment, and resolving supply issues.
