**Assistant To Managing Director**
- Job Description_
- Performing office responsibilities such as bank deposit, electricity/ municipal bill payments, replenishing office supply
- Procurement and communication with suppliers of raw material and goods on behalf of the MD and team members and maintaining record of the communication
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as phones, printers, and scanners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

**Eligibility**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Proficiency in English
- Proficient in MS Office (MS Word and MS Excel)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
