**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Design Assistance**:

- Assist the Senior Fashion Designer in creating new designs and collections for the boutique.
- Help with sketching, pattern making, and fabric selection.
- Support the development of prototypes and samples.
- Research and stay up to date with current fashion trends to bring fresh ideas to the table.

**Master & Tailor Coordination**:

- Act as the liaison between the design team and the tailors/masters.
- Ensure that designs are accurately translated into finished garments by overseeing the tailoring process.
- Assist in fittings and alterations as required to ensure the garments meet the design standards.
- Ensure timely completion of garments and troubleshoot any design or construction issues that may arise.

**Boutique Operations**:

- Assist in counter sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Help manage the visual merchandising and display of products in the boutique to maintain the aesthetic and appeal.
- Assist customers in choosing garments, understanding sizing, and offering styling advice.
- Handle any minor alterations or customizations directly with the tailor as per customer requirements.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock replenishment.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain records of design development, production schedules, and client orders.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and other internal teams to coordinate the flow of materials and timelines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in fashion design or a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Knowledge of fabrics, colors, garment construction, and têxtile production processes.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for fashion trends.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and the design team.
- Basic understanding of customer sales and retail management.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working with high-end tailoring or couture garments.
- Familiarity with boutique sales operations and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of garment fitting techniques and alterations.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
