**Role Overview**:As our Fashion Designer and Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the identity and aesthetics of our fashion label. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to bring innovative ideas to life and translate them into captivating, trendsetting designs. Beyond designing, you will also contribute strategic insights and collaborate with us as a partner to ensure the success and growth of our fashion label.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute original and trendsetting fashion designs in line with our brand's vision and values.
- Collaborate with the creative visual design team to align fashion concepts with overall brand aesthetics.
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, materials, and techniques within the fashion industry.
- Create detailed sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Oversee the complete design-to-production process, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
- Actively participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback and iterating on designs as needed.
- Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and artisans to bring designs to fruition.
- Assist in selecting materials, fabrics, and embellishments that align with design concepts.
- Provide insights and recommendations for marketing and branding strategies based on industry insights and trends.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy, including sales targets, market positioning, and growth plans.
- Act as a partner in the venture, sharing expertise, guidance, and input on strategic decisions.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, with a portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative designs.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, têxtiles, materials, and production processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in partnering or entrepreneurship is a significant advantage.
- Passion for creativity, fashion, and a strong eye for detail.

**Salary**: ₹12,824.90 - ₹45,135.64 per month
