
Back Office Assistant

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in databases or spreadsheets.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Handle filing, scanning, and organizing of office records and documents.
- Support with internal communication and coordination of office schedules.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply orders.
- Help prepare financial or operational reports for the team or management.
- Manage and update internal databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Support the accounts team with invoicing, billing, and other financial processes.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,116.80 - ₹21,341.90 per month
