A Reputed Company Requires Back Office
The Back Office Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations department. This includes tasks such as data entry, Bill filing, scheduling, Computer Work, Banking Work, and customer service. The Back Office Assistant must be able to work independently and as part of a team, and must be able to maintain confidentiality.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide administrative support to the Operations department, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and customer service.
Maintain accurate records and files.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.
Greet visitors and provide information about the company.
Order office supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
