**Job Title: Production Head**

Location: Kottayam

Finix Labels is a label manufacturing company established in 1990. With our head office in Kottayam and branches in Calicut and Bangalore, we have established ourselves as one of the leading label suppliers in South India.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer orders and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to optimize resource utilization.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of production supervisors, machine operators, and support staff.
- Capable of handling a full-fledged Production facility and a team of 30 to 50 employees.
- Implement and maintain quality control checks at various stages of production.
- Manage production resources including labor, machinery, and materials efficiently.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and supplies.
- Monitor and control production costs, including labor, materials, and overhead expenses.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a production management or leadership role within the label manufacturing or related industry.
- **Applicants having prior experience in the printing industry are preferred (Flexo printing/offset printing)**
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in production planning and scheduling software.
- Knowledge of current manufacturing technologies and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Gross Salary**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Education**:ABachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Manufacturing, Printing Technology) and computer skills preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.

**Age**: 30-50 Year

**Experience**: 5-10 years in a similar capacity
