**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Monitor Entry and Exit**: Control access to the venue, checking IDs to ensure legal age and enforcing guest list or ticketing policies.
- **Ensure Safety**: Patrol the venue to monitor guest behavior, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all patrons.
- **Handle Conflicts**: De-escalate tense situations calmly and intervene when necessary to remove unruly patrons or prevent altercations.
- **Crowd Control**: Manage crowd flow in high-traffic areas, especially during events or peak hours, to prevent overcrowding.
- **Enforce Venue Rules**: Ensure guests follow venue policies such as no smoking or maintaining dress codes.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to emergencies, following procedures for medical assistance, evacuations, or calling for law enforcement if required.
- **Maintain Professionalism**: Represent the venue professionally at all times, ensuring respectful interactions with patrons, staff, and law enforcement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand for long periods and manage physically demanding situations.
- **Age Requirement**: Must be at least 18/21 years old (depending on local laws).

**Skills**:

- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess and respond quickly to emergencies.
- Conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic first-aid knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
