Reporting to GPO the Project and Process Manager/Coordinator (PPC) is responsible for taking the lead on planning, managing, controlling, and closing People Operations projects and improving the efficiency of our processes along with tracking the team deliverables with Director People Operations. The PPM is accountable for driving the priorities to a successful outcome, evaluating the efficiency and costs of established processes when needed, implementing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. The role is an active participant in building the project schedule, planning activities, monitoring project progress, documenting, driving issues to resolution, project reporting, Process improvements, Creating/updating process documents, and conducting efficiency audits. She/He must create a positive and engaging environment for the people operations team.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Working with People Operations/Digital/Region/Division and project team to track assigned tasks and projects on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
- Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly
- Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project with the project lead
- Acts as a liaison between POLT and the priorities
- Communicates and collaborates with HR communication team and project lead to promote project and process improvement activities
- Ensure clear communication throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure the scheduled task list is managed throughout the project
- Continuously evaluate project team performance and escalate issues that risk project progress
- Prepare and lead regular project status meetings, prepare weekly reports, and presentations
- Working closely with the Division HR and People Operation to ensure key HR processes are followed consistently and correctly and in line with relevant policy
- Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing HR processes.
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Creating and presenting process improvement reports.
- Overseeing the implementation of new HR processes.
- Troubleshooting and improving new processes.
- Updating process and procedure policies
- Prepare and assist in data and process audit plan and ensure its execution
- Assist in HR process harmonization and standardization
- Be an ambassador for Process efficiency and continuous process improvement
- All other tasks as necessary

The Individual
- Professional degree in HR or project field, which may include MBA in HR, master’s in project management
- 7+ years direct experience in Project and Process Management or demonstrated experience managing complex projects
- Practical understanding and experience of key HR processes and practices
- Extensive experience in data management, analysis and presentation
- Experience in interpreting concepts and clearly presenting back in PowerPoint or report format
- Experience of major HR projects in large, complex, and diversified organizations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high professional standards for customer service and work quality.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
- Strong Documentation and data auditing skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio
