Shift Briefing: Points to be covered (15 min):

- Do a grooming check for the team on the grooming checklist sheet. - Check for possession of cell phones (they need to be in the locker or in the switch off mode) - Update the team about any upcoming event that has happened or will happen - Update the team about the current date rostering (nos of people require, currently present, nos of people absent and nos of people on leave) - Discuss the problems that people are facing during the shift. - Ask for solutions to those problems faced. - Inform the team about their deployment and break time - Close the briefing with reiterating the persisting issue and the solution agreed upon. 2 Send team to their respective position 5 minutes prior to the shift (ensure they check all their respective equipment’s if they are working or not) 3 Fill up the Briefing register 4 Ensure everyone has filled in the attendance register/punched in the biomatrix 5 Work on the shift/daily collection report 6 Cash Reconciliation report 7 Send Shift attendance report to the CPM and Client. 8 Send Cash deposit report to the client /acknowledged (from the client) 9 Site Walk to check grooming again and any site issues. 10 2 Cash Audits of cashiers 11 Greeting Audits 12 Feedback to be shared with at least 3 team members 13 Shift handover report 14 Day End/shift Cash Reconciliatio report, Incident report if any

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
