**Fleet Coordination & Dispatch**
- Supervise the systematic parking of all buses in the designated depot area, optimizing space for safe and efficient movement.
- Ensure the on-time departure of buses for their scheduled morning and evening routes in coordination with the central operations team.
- Maintain an accurate, real-time log of vehicle entry, exit, parking allocation, and driver assignments, using our internal digital tools

**Team & Vendor Management**:

- Lead, train, and manage a team of drivers, cleaners, and security personnel on-site.
- Prepare and manage the duty roster for drivers and support staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate route assignments, schedules, and any specific operational instructions.

**Safety, Security & Compliance**:

- Enforce all safety and security protocols within the depot, including vehicle movement guidelines, speed limits, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of the parking facility to identify and resolve any potential hazards.
- Perform basic pre-departure visual checks on buses to flag any immediate issues like damages, and coordinate with the maintenance team for resolution.
- Ensure the depot area is clean, well-organized, and compliant with all local regulations.

**Reporting & Communication**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact at the depot for all parking and dispatch-related matters.
- Liaise effectively with the central Operations, Fleet, and Maintenance teams.
- Report any incidents—such as vehicle damage, delays, or security breaches—to the Depot Manager immediately and prepare detailed incident reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
