**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Complaint Resolution**: Receive and log customer complaints, follow up on the status of each case, and ensure a satisfactory and timely resolution.
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with their online order queries, including tracking, delivery status, and returns.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- **Feedback & Reporting**: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify common issues and report them to the management team to help improve products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or customer support role. Freshers with a positive attitude can also apply.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- **Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.**
- **Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, or Kannada is a plus.**
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm, patient demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
