**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Communicate effectively with clients in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client requirements are met.
- Stakeholder management from China.
- Pitch the business model to Chines clients and explain.
- Provide clients with product information, updates, and support.
- Identify opportunities for growth and up-selling within existing client accounts.
- Assist in the development and execution of client-specific strategies to maximize their success on Amazon.
- Resolve client issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Monitor and report on client feedback, market trends, and potential business opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
