**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **E-Commerce Platform Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or other relevant sites.
- Create, update, and manage product listings with optimized titles, descriptions, and images.
- Ensure accurate inventory management, product pricing, and availability.

2. **Product and Content Optimization**:

- Continuously optimize product listings, ensuring they are SEO-friendly and aligned with current market trends.
- Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and implement best practices for product visibility.

3. **Sales Strategy & Campaigns**:

- Plan and execute online sales campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend actions to improve results.

4. **Customer Experience & Support**:

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

5. **Digital Marketing & Traffic Generation**:

- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to improve e-commerce strategies.

6. **Performance Analysis & Reporting**:

- Regularly track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, traffic, conversion rate, etc.).

7. **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, purchasing trends, and competitors.
- Recommend new product categories or ideas based on market insights.

**Qualifications**:
**Fresher**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

**Experienced**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other online marketing tools.
- Proven track record of improving sales and conversions on e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
