**Position Overview**:
As a Strategy Intern at BAOIAM, you'll contribute to the development and execution of business strategies. Responsibilities may include market research, competitive analysis, and assisting in the formulation of growth initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll gain insights into industry trends, support decision-making processes, and help shape the company's strategic direction. **Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in relevant industries.
- Assist in the development and refinement of the company's overall strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic decision-making.
- Support the creation of business models, SWOT analyses, and competitive intelligence reports.
- Contribute to the formulation of short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and provide input on key business decisions.
- Analyse financial data to evaluate the financial impact of potential strategic initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and innovations to inform strategic recommendations.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects and tasks related to business strategy and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools.
- Demonstrated interest in business strategy, innovation, and technology
