**Fashion Designer NIFT Graduate (Fresher’s Only)**

**About Us**

At MH Films, we are a dynamic fashion brand committed to innovation, sustainability, and creativity. We are seeking a passionate and talented **Fashion Designer** who has recently graduated from the **National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT)**to join our design team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher’s to kick start their career in the fashion industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in the research and development of seasonal fashion collections, including trend analysis and fabric selection.
- Create detailed sketches and technical drawings for new designs, ensuring alignment with product specifications.
- Collaborate with the design team to execute concept boards and presentations for internal reviews.
- Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and fit of garments.
- Support the sourcing of materials and liaise with vendors for sample production.
- Maintain organized records of design files, swatches, and samples.
- Stay updated with current fashion trends and industry developments.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design from NIFT.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and sketching skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CAD.
- Knowledge of fabrics, textures, and materials.
- Solid grasp of contemporary fashion trends and the evolving needs of consumers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred (Not Mandatory)**
- Experience with sustainable fashion practices and materials.
- Familiarity with garment construction and production processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
